RE/MAX Alliance - Training Class Descriptions

 

Alliance Basic Classes:

  • Imprev Marketing - We walk thru the marketing material available to you on each listing with RE/MAX Alliance.  This includes property flyer, virtual tour, ePostcard, etc.
  • Listing 101 - An informal class of the documents required in listing a property & the forms used.  Time permitting we go into situations the class has encountered and how best to handle them. 
  • Buyer 101 - An informal class of the documents required in writing a purchase contract & the forms used.  Time permitting we go into situations the class has encountered and how best to handle them. 
  • Create a Single Property Webpage - We utilize RE/MAX tools to create a website for your listings.  We discuss search engine optimization (SEO) and how to increase Internet activity for your website. 

 Lead Generation Classes:

  • Marketing Boot Camp - Teaches four very intentional and proven approaches for creating additional working relationships.  Methods covered include yard signs/home ads, just-listed and just-sold campaigns and geographic farm areas.  Plans, scripts, and tools are provided.  
  • FSBO Boot Camp - Teaches the “5-Step Follow-up”, which is a very complete and non-threading approach for working For Sale by Owners.  You learn how to proactively approach, follow up with the close FSBO’s in a way that adds value to all.  Plans, scripts and tools provided.
  • Expired Boot Camp - Teaches the “Close-to-Call” method, which is a very direct and proactive strategy for soliciting expired listings over the phone.  Dialogue is taught in a progressive format, giving you an opportunity to proceed with the technique at your own pace.  Plans, scripts and tools provided.
  • Open House Boot Camp - Teaches a very extensive, non-threatening approach to meeting and following up with open house attendees.  You learn to choose, promote and hold an effective open house.  In-home and follow-up scripts are discussed thoroughly.  Plans, scripts and tools provided.
  • Referral Boot Camp - Teaches a unique 33-Touch program, which assists agents with increasing referral and repeat business. You’ll learn how to proactively stay “in flow” with friends, family and past clients through mailings, phone calls and social media. Plans, scripts and tools provided.

 

 Lead Conversion Classes:

  • Pricing Boot Camp - Teaches the seven steps in working with sellers to make yourself a pricing expert.  This class walks thru the pricing strategies and fundamentals.  
  • Listing Conversion - Learn to become confident with proven, professional listing conversations.  The five stages of an effective listing conversation are covered in detail.  You learn a complete set of professional scripts and tools designed to set you apart from the competition.  Plans, scripts and tools provided. 
  • Listing Objectives Boot Camp - This class identifies common day to day objections you face when listing a home and how to handle those topics.
  • Buyer Conversion - Buyer Conversion teaches the five stages of effectively working with buyers.  You'll learn to facilitate buyer conversations, identify appropriate properties, prepare showing packages, show homes, overcome common buyer hesitations and close sales.  This class is designed to turn a typical agent into a highly respected and sought after buyers consultant.  Plans, scripts and tools provided.

  

Business Classes:

  • Master Team Builder - This multi-day class dives into the needs and understanding of implementing a productive team environment.  Class requires a lot of participation and ability to be honest with ones self and the direction of your business. 
  • The Leverage Summit - This multi-day class capsulizes the basics of all Momentum classes and rolls it up into a package.  Class requires a lot of participation and ability to be honest with ones self and the direction of your business. 
  • Real Estate Sales Perspectives -  Class dives into the structure needed for each agent to be established as leads are created.  We discuss the systems and processes required.  Plans, scripts and tools provided. 
  • Activities Management - Activities Management takes an in depth look at defining the tasks to be productive.  Are you maximizing your potential?  Are you a Typical Salesperson?  Do you have an Activities Management System? 
  • Sales Consultant Business Plan (Supplemental Material) - A high level view of how to start as an agent.  Do yo have the infrastructure in place to grow your business?
